As at 6 August 2007, the total number of ordinary shares of IdaTech plc in
issue was 49,499,969, of which 69.1% of such issued share capital was not held
in public hands.
As at 6 August 2007, IdaTech plc had the following significant shareholders:
- Investec Group Investments (UK) Limited - 73.1% of the total issued ordinary
share capital of IdaTech plc.
- TSC Treasury Ltd - 3% of the total issued ordinary share capital of IdaTech
plc(1).
- Mala Trust - 3% of the total issued ordinary share capital of IdaTech
plc(1).
- Willow Investments Enterprises Ltd - 3% of the total issued ordinary share
capital of IdaTech plc(1).
- Lagoon Investments Ltd - 3% of the total issued ordinary share capital of
IdaTech plc(1).

(1) Investec Group Investments (UK) Limited owns approximately 47% of the
issued share capital of Hero Nominees Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of
Rensburg Sheppards Investment Management Ltd. Rensburg Sheppards Investment
Management Ltd holds such ordinary shares of such principal shareholders and
administers their holdings on a non-discretionary basis. In addition, Rensburg
Sheppards Investment Management Ltd administers additional ordinary shares
representing approximately 3.0% of the share capital of IdaTech plc on a
non-discretionary basis on behalf of certain other shareholders of IdaTech plc.
