ElectraGen System

Extended Run Backup Power Fuel Cell Systems For Telecom

The ElectraGen™ System is a backup power fuel cell system, available in 3 kW and 5 kW configurations. These systems provide reliable backup power for telecommunications applications.

The ElectraGen™ System operates on hydrogen and can also be integrated with IdaTech's patented XTR fuel reformer that runs on liquid methanol-water fuel, providing on-site hydrogen production for extended run time.

The ElectraGen™ systems utilize IdaTech's advanced proton exchange membrane (PEM) technology and are designed for critical backup power applications where performance, low maintenance and long service life are required. These products have lower lifecycle costs compared to high maintenance batteries and diesel generators.

IdaTech's systems include remote monitoring and control capability which permits users to perform diagnostic tests and monitor a wide range of performance parameters.

The ElectraGen™ System is the ideal solution for telecommunications towers, remote sites or other installations that require dependable backup power.
