In order to provide the highest level of support, IdaTech offers a range of services for our customers and product training for those who are responsible for the installation of these systems at our customers' sites.

IdaTech offers both Gold and Platinum on site comprehensive training courses. Please contact us for a detailed class description and schedule. Training is for current IdaTech customers only.

Installation Services

IdaTech's installation services are designed with our customer's needs in mind. IdaTech has widespread experience with site installations so customers can be assured that all integration will be conducted efficiently and professionally eliminating rework and reducing time to market.

Service Packages

IdaTech provides service packages including installation, technical training, remote monitoring, scheduled maintenance and many others. With IdaTech's fuel cell system experience and integration knowledge, customers and partners can be certain they receive a service package that fits the ever-changing needs of the fuel cell industry and most importantly customer-specific requirements.
